Though energy healing is a non-invasive treatment with very few side effects, some clients experience headaches, fatigue, weakness or nausea following the energy healing session. This is due to major energy shifts where lower vibrational toxins in your body begin their release. Drinking lots of water is suggested to flush out the physical releases.
You may also experience major shifts in your external world, such as limiting relationships, jobs, housing, etc. moving out of your reality and more positive experience moving in.
You also may experience “phantom hands” during your session, which is a sensation that the energy healer's hands are on or over parts of your body. You may also notice multiple energy healers’ hands are working on your body, due to the team of spirits working on you.
